Process Policy Cancellation transaction for Bancassurance policies.
Performs front to end processes (send notices - update system –
disbursement administration – sent confirmation letter to policy


Process Policy Cancellation for Bancassurance.
Handles inquiries from internal and external parties regarding
Policy Cancellation.
Execute disbursement admin process until payment release and
prepared confirmation letter.
Ensure that Policy Cancellation processes are in line with SOP and WI.
Validates Policy Cancellation incoming before processing.
Performs follow up activities for incomplete or invalid requests.
Reconciles Policy Cancellation data with internal and external
parties, i.e : accounting, etc.
Participating in UATs for all new products.


Bachelor degree from any subject, preferably with good academic
records from reputable university
Possess relevant working experience for at least 1 year in
insurance industry
Possess good capability to communicate, both verbal and written,
in English
Basic knowledge of Insurance Products and Insurance Operational
