Requirement :
* Male/Female max. 35 years old
* Min. Bachelor degree from reputable University (Psychology/Legal background)
* Min. 5 year in similar position, preferable form hospitality industry (hotel, services)
* Deep understanding in HR (Recruitment, Personnel Adm., Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation Benefit) and Labor Law
* Strong leadership, good communication and presentable skill
* Fluent in English (oral & written), computer literate
