INVENTORY ADMIN (INVENT-ADMIN)
INVENTORY ADMIN (INVENT-ADMIN) Post Date: 20 Feb 09

Responsible for updating and maintenance of the electronic database of vehicle inventory
*
Prepare and update the motor vehicle storage plan and monitor vehicle movements within the vehicle storage center
*
Prepare car carrier loading plan for motor vehicles scheduled for delivery
*
Responsible for verifying, preparing and submission of account statement to customers
*
Responsible for monitoring and control of tools, equipment, office supplies and other consumables of vehicle logistic management
Qualifications:
*
Min D-3 Degree in any major
*
Advance in computer literate (MS Office)
*
Preferably having experience in warehouse inventory control
*
Proficient in driving motor vehicle and has valid driving license
*
All position will be placed in Marunda, Nortg of Jakarta
*
Familiar in working environment that apply 5S principle
